Return policy
• Time limit: You can return the product within 30 days from the date of receipt. We want to give you enough time to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the product you have purchased.
• Condition requirements: Returned goods must be in unused condition with original packaging and all accessories. This is to ensure that we can re-sell the product to other customers.
• Return process: Please contact our customer service team at help@dariapoloz.com and we will provide you with a return number and guide you through the process. We also provide a return label so that you can easily send the item back to us.
Refund policy
• Refund time: We will process your refund within 5 business days after receipt of the returned item is confirmed. We understand the importance of refunds and will process them as soon as possible.
• Refund method: The refund will be refunded to your account using the original payment method. If the original payment method is not available, we will negotiate another refund method with you.
• Shipping issues: All returns may be subject to a deduction of the original shipping cost (if applicable). If the return is due to our fault, such as the wrong shipment or defective goods, we will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Special case
• Custom goods: For custom goods, we cannot accept returns unless there is a quality problem.
• Damaged or wrong goods: If you receive goods that are damaged during shipping or do not conform to your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund for you as soon as possible.
